01 The Avenue Promo

The Avenue is a barber shop in Lancaster, PA that recently opened in July of 2023. I was asked by the owner, John Rivera (aka Johnny Blackbeard) to ideate and execute a promotional video as well as other digital assets to help jump start his brand. This video was positioned as the center piece of the campaign to set the tone and lay the foundation for all future marketing initiatives and brand communication.

01 SHOE GAME

Shoe Game is an original series I conceptualized and produced. In addition to writing and editing this project, I also designed the motion graphics package. The series is equal parts a trip down memory lane, a dissection of the most impactful sneaker designs throughout history, and a market analysis of what makes a signature athlete’s shoe successful in today’s landscape.

The design style I aimed for is retrospective yet futuristic while still incorporating symbolism and imagery commonly associated with sneaker design and culture (color palettes, bar codes, silhouettes, print ads etc).                      

02 STAT STORIES

Stat Stories is a continuation of an original series my team produced in partnership with Madden NFL that dives deep into a player's performance through the lens of statistics.

 

Our lead designer, Min Kim, was responsible for conceptualizing the visual style for this graphics package and designed the foundational assets. I then used these assets to build out additional animations that were tailored to specific use cases each episode script called for. 

03 HUDDLE UP

The Fund Coach helps non-profit organizations reshape their approach to fundraising. Huddle Up is The Fund Coach's weekly podcast that continues the conversation on the best practices and strategies to build relationships with donors.   

 

The elements I created for this podcast included an intro screen, transitions, and animated logo elements that aligned with the brand's identity to help elevate the production value of the show.
